In most of cases you may add/ delete managed servers from your Weblogic domain as part of regular activity. but if your are monitoring these systems from OEM 13c, then you need to discover them to monitor and manage.
You can follow below steps for this purpose:
Step# 1: Run Auto Discover
OEM Console --> Setup --> Add Targets --> Configure Auto Discovery --> select your admin server host --> Discover Now
Step#2 : Update WebLogic Domain
OEM Console --> Targets --> Middleware --> Search with domain Name (Target Name) --> Click on Same domain Target --> Weblogic Domain --> Refresh WebLogic Domain --> Add Update Targets --> Click on "Add Targets" to add newly joined managed servers
Now you can see all the changes will be reflected.
